The Attention of Chick-fil-a
Like so many of you, I am sick and tired of hearing about Chick-fil-a in the news. The only time I want to think about this restaurant is when I am craving something from their menu. Regardless of what their President said about his position on marriage, do you realize what all of the new attention is doing for Chick-fil-a? Read the news. "Record profits, all time sales...." Seriously if you are offended by what was said, then find a new way to protest. If you think you are hurting them, then think again. They are laughing all the way to the bank.

DeleteFrom what I understand, the food was free or marked down...it was just a bigoted way to slap people in the face... and you are right about one thing, it is about freedom of speech. Freedom to speak out against any establishment that tries to breed hate against another group of people which, by the way, have done nothing to hurt them. It bothers me that after everything this nation and it's people have gone through, escaping religious persecution, debtor's prisons, witch trials, slavery, and the civil rights movement, including the assassination of Martin Luther King, we have not evolved one bit, and Christianity is still the root of so much hate. Chick-fil-A...proving what Atheists have been saying about Christians for centuries....
